Robin N. Reese is a seasoned Real Estate expert and licensed North Carolina REALTOR® with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Paracle. Your ultimate resource for all things real estate! Robin most recently served as the Housing Programs Manager in the City of Raleigh’s Housing and Neighborhoods Department. In this role, she supervised the Loans/Housing Programs unit within the Community & Small Business Development Division, overseeing affordable housing loan programs for first-time homebuyers, homeowners in need of home repairs, and developers of affordable multifamily rental housing. Prior to relocating to North Carolina, Ms. Reese was the Manager of the North Avenue/ Fond du Lac Marketplace Business Improvement District (BID) 32 in Milwaukee, WI. Marketplace Business Improvement District (BID) 32 was developed to create a viable and sustainable commercial corridor that supports local entrepreneurs, engage current business owners, reduces blight, promotes job growth, advances environmental sustainability and encourages local, regional or national businesses to locate to the community. She was also a Project Manager with Haywood Group, LLC, which specializes in structuring unique development deals and capital solutions for urban catalytic real estate projects. She is a very passionate and active volunteer, currently serving on the board of directors of a few non-profit organizations such as the NC Women's Affordable Housing Network. A native of Milwaukee, Miss Reese earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master of Business Administration degree from Cardinal Stritch University. In 2015, Reese received the Milwaukee Business Journal 40 Under 40 Award for her significant professional and community contributions.
